We are seeking an ambitious, hands-on Head of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain operations within a fast-paced ecommerce environment. This is a key leadership role for a commercially minded, results-focused individual who can drive operational performance, develop teams and deliver structured continuous improvement within a growing business.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end supply chain and fulfilment operations, including warehousing, inventory and supplier performance.
Drive operational KPIs including inventory accuracy and cost-to-serve.
Lead supplier management and identify opportunities to improve cost, service and performance.
Develop and lead managers and operational teams, establishing clear direction, accountability and performance standards and maintain high standards of quality, compliance and operational control.
Undertake thorough analysis and diagnostics to deliver measurable, sustainable improvements, using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma.
Key Experience

6-7+ years' experience in a supply chain leadership role, with a strong fulfilment/operations background. This role would suit candidates ready to develop further in a Head of Supply Chain role.
Experience within ecommerce, wholesale or a comparable fast-paced, scale-up environment.
Strong commercial understanding of cost-to-serve.
Proven track record of improving operational KPIs and delivering measurable results.
Experience working within ISO 9001 or an equivalent quality management framework.
Strong leadership and relationship building skills.
Driven, disciplined and results-focused, with a structured approach to identifying and delivering improvement.Processing Your Data
