We are working closely with a college who are looking for an experienced FE manager, with a background of engineering or construction to lead the department.

Essential Criteria

* Recent, successful experience running vocational courses and maintaining high student success rates in trade disciplines.

* Proven expertise in managing or mentoring instructional and academic staff.

* Maintaining the rigorous student discipline and safety awareness required for practical workshop environments.

* Teaching qualification (Desirable for an exceptional candidate)
