Head of Service - Permanence Service
Dorset Social Services | Up to £600 per day
Tempest Resourcing is recruiting a Head of Service to lead Dorset's Permanence Service.
You will provide leadership across statutory children's social care services, supporting high-quality practice and positive outcomes for children and young people. The role includes direct line management of the Service Manager, oversight of three Permanence Teams, and the opportunity to influence practice across wider Children in Care services.
Working with senior leaders and multi-agency partners, you will help ensure children receive effective care and permanence planning, with lasting relationships that support them throughout their lives.
