Hours: 32.5 hours per week
Pay Rate: £30,000 - £46,525 per annum + TLR
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Science teacher to lead the Science faculty in a reputed school in Boston. This permanent position offers 32.5 hours per week with a salary of £30,000 - £46,525 per annum plus a TLR.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Science faculty, ensuring the delivery of high-quality science education.
Develop and implement the science curriculum in line with national standards and school objectives.
Mentor and support science teachers to enhance their teaching practice and professional development.
Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the science department.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in science education.
Proven experience in leadership and management within a science department.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service.
