Head of Repairs, Maintenance and Investment

I am currently working with a Tenant Management Organisation based in Leeds, looking for a Temporary Head of Repairs

Our client is looking for a passionate Head of Repairs, Maintenance and Investment to join their team. They are seeking a candidate to help deliver programs of strategic importance to the organisation, aligning with its objectives.

In this role you will be responsible for Investment Planning, Contract Management, Procurement, Customer service, and Estate services. You will be the responsible for leading strategic transformational change in Investment, Planning, Responsive Repairs, Compliance Void Management, Contract Management, Procurement, Customer service and Estate services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with partner organisations, internal and external customers
Complete annual compliance review inspections.
Lead, plan and monitor the delivery of all planed cyclical and responsive repairs.
Manage strategies to reduce insurance and disrepair claims.
Maintain stock condition data
Coordinate and manage delivery of the annual capital investments.
Liaise with residents, staff, Internal and external partners.Requirements:

Experience in asset management, repairs and compliance services in a public sector
Ability to work independently, manage workload efficiently, and meet deadlines.
Experience managing a property maintenance team
OJEU procurement experience.
HNC/HND technical qualification in either building surveying/ building studies
Budget preparation and management experience.

This role is a temporary 3-6 month contract, on either full time or part time basis.
