Description:

We are looking for an exceptional teacher to lead the Religious Studies department at one of our " Good " rated schools based up in Enfield as they develop through the formative years of developing Key stage 4 and Key Stage 5 Curricula, 

Our Client is a Mutli Trust Academy Trust with plans which will provide exciting proffesionak development oppoertuinties for a successful canddate. 

Our clients is looking for a candidate who has: 

QTS and PGCE
Minimum of 3 years teaching exeprience ( In the uk) 
Background in GCSE and A Level 
The ambisiton to to develpment and maximse the oerormcne of all studnets. 

Key responsibilities: 

Develop and implement engaging Religoius Education curriculum that aligns with nantion standard and reflects the values and ehtos of the school. 
Lead and anage a team of RE teacher , provding guidance, support and professional develpment opportuities 
Monitor the qulity of teaching and learning within the department , observing lesson and providing internal training for staff.
