Head of Property Management

HEAD OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. - Hazlemere.  
 
Do you have experience leading a small team of Property Managers, or are you currently an experienced Property Manager looking for the next step up in your career. If you can answer 'yes' to either of those questions then my client will want to talk to you.
 
My client is a leading High Street agent in the area & very well respected and has recently built a larger team of property managers. Your role will be to support them with guidance, training in the systems and knowledge training. Ideally you will be ARLA qualified, be able to work with the lettings managers and focus on retention, along with driving a team to the next level customer service and providing the client with a secure platform to be able to grow.
 
You will work alongside the Lettings Director in delivering exceptional customer service across all revenue streams & KPI's ensuring the department is run in line with the business plan. The team will look at you for inspiration & you will lead the team by example and motivate all staff actively by managing their development through mentoring, coaching, training and one-to-ones. Maintain current client base whilst also driving future growth. 
 
Requirements for the role:

An expert in property management and with a proven track record in the industry.
A thorough understanding of property management and current/prospective legislation. Knowledge of competitor propositions.
ARLA qualified
Demonstrate great proficiency in dealing with clients and colleagues in difficult situations.
Minimum of 5 years previous property management experience with a minimum of 2 years management experience.
Full clean driving licence and excellent time management skills.
Good, accurate keyboard data entry and intermediate IT skills.
Responsibilities of the role:

Responsible for the daily running of the property management team
Delivering motivational and detailed morning meetings demonstrating clarity of business needs with clear goals set and reviewed daily
Lead from the front
Identify and execute additional tasks in order to meet department goals and ensure that team members take responsibility and accountability for seeing tasks through to completion.
Assist the Lettings Director in providing monthly management reports and assist in providing staff with monthly task reports. Benefits the Head of Property Managers are:

Salary £30,000-£35,000 (DOE)
Commissions of £7,000-£9,000 (paid monthly on KPI's)
OTE £37,000-£44,000
Hours: 8.30-6 Monday to Friday
Saturdays: 9-5 1 in 4 rota
Office based 
Free parking
