Head of Projects – CCTV & Access Control
London
£80,000 +
We're looking for an experienced Head of Projects to lead our Electronic Security (CCTV & Access Control) Projects division.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll manage a team of 5 Project Managers and 3 Project Administrators, taking overall responsibility for the successful delivery of CCTV and Access Control projects across London and the South East.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of 5 Project Managers and 3 Project Administrators.
* Oversee the delivery of multiple CCTV and Access Control projects.
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
* Manage project performance, resources and commercial delivery.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Drive operational improvements across the Projects department.
* Work with senior management to support business growth.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Head of Projects, Senior Projects Manager, Contracts Manager or Operations Manager within the Electronic Security industry.
* Strong knowledge of CCTV and Access Control systems.
* Proven experience managing Project Managers and large-scale projects.
* Strong commercial and financial awareness.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
