Role Responsibilities:
As the Head of Projects, you will be responsible for:
* Effectively and safely managing projects using company ISO9001 processes monitoring progress against plans to deliver on time and within budget
* Creating and managing project design and building a team
* Developing a close working relationship with the commercial team as the single point of contact for projects and enquiries, additionally engaging with clients as part of the company’s commercial strategies.
* Managing the CDM process for build including contractor management
* Longer-term business planning as part of a multi-functional team, responsible for large project input including capex planning for delivering business goals
Role Requirements:
The successful Head of Projects will have:
* A strong commitment to health and safety
* Experience in implementing large, complex projects in brownfield sites.
* Good all-round appreciation of the various engineering disciplines, Process, mechanical, E&I and electrical
* The ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong people managing skills.
