Description:

Due to our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and exceptionally talented Head of Partnerships and Affiliates to join our marketing team and play the lead role in developing our successful traffic partner network. Our partnership and affiliate channel is one of the most critical areas of our business, supporting our future global expansion, and this individual will develop and execute new jobseeker acquisition strategies across a range of third-party partners.
This is a strategic senior role working in a mature business channel that we are taking to the next level. It will require a seasoned expert with in-depth affiliate and partnership marketing expertise and an established external network.
This is a key role with the objective of delivering user acquisition growth through new and existing demand-side partners, underlined be a range of KPIs across quality and cost efficiency.
* Develop & lead our partnership and affiliate strategy across the CV-Library Group of brands (currently UK and US markets, with further global expansion over the next 24 months).
* Take responsibility for the channel's delivery against agreed acquisition volumes and ROI targets.
* Build, develop and manage the pipeline of new affiliate and alliance partners, achieving genuine and measurable growth from a blend of fixed-cost and CPC partnerships.
* Nurture our relationships with existing partners to ensure we are achieving maximum value and secure new opportunities with partners that we are yet to identify.
* Ensure our user acquisition delivery from partners is meeting customer demand profitably.
* Lead the negotiation of commercial terms with all partners, demonstrating clear ROI against spend.
* You will win and own revenue generated from third party backfill partners and from our programmatic platform working with wholesale partners.
* Quickly develop an in-depth understanding of the businesses existing and future strategy and ensure this is aligned with the partner and alliance opportunities you are developing.
* Regularly report on partner and alliance performance to the senior stakeholders (including SLT) and provide regular business updates on results, strategy and future deliverables.
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in user acquisition through affiliates, alliances and digital traffic partners
* An excellent knowledge of classified or programmatic digital marketplaces and high-volume user acquisition.
* You will come from a business development background with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong commercial, influencing and negotiating skills.
* Strong project management skills, including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long-term projects and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proven track record of successful leadership, working cross-functionally to drive business value through yourself and your teams.
* Expert understanding of affiliate tracking methodologies, data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
* Experience working alongside (or within) a performance marketing team.
* You'll have experience managing a department or team previously.
* You will have experience working across all levels of the business, including working with board level stakeholders.
