Job Title: Head of Operations

Ensuring that the day-to-day operations meet the high standards expected by our guests.
Supporting and aligning teams to consistently deliver exceptional results that surpass expectations.
Taking charge of both rides maintenance and ride operations teams.
Overseeing Health and Safety protocols to ensure compliance with all policies, practices, training, and legal requirements.
Leading efforts across the park to maximise ride up time and ensure smooth transitions, thereby enhancing the guest experience.
Orchestrating a seamless park operation where teams collaborate effectively to achieve results and continuously enhance guest satisfaction.
Managing payroll and operational expenses prudently to maintain company profitability.
Fostering customer satisfaction through proactive initiatives.
Handling incident and crisis management with skill and agility.
Demonstrating the ability to effectively lead multiple teams.Ideal Candidate:

Experience of working in a park / Attractions Business
Operations Experience
Successfully Leading an Operations Team
