Key Responsibilities:
As the Head of Mechanical Services, you will oversee and lead all operations within the mechanical services department. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, team management, project execution, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in service delivery.
Requirements:
* Possess comprehensive knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and industry standards.
* Proficient with relevant software and tools used in mechanical services.
* Demonstrate strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Stay informed on facilities management best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
* Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
* Skilled in using project management tools and software.
* Hold an enhanced DBS clearance.
* Maintain legal authorization to work in the UK.
