Description
You will be responsible for:
Setting the strategic direction for the business
Ensuring calendars and objectives are developed for the brand
Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the company's brand recognition.
Overseeing all initiatives including digital
Working closely with other departments to ensure a unified brand message.
Managing the budget for the marketing department.
Collaborating with external agencies for creative and media planning
Working with key stakeholdersProfile
The successful candidate will have:
Experience in a similar role within the luxury beauty/skincare/fragrance space is essential
Demonstrable knowledge of trade marketing
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.
Excellent knowledge of marketing techniques and trends.
Strong analytical skills
A creative mindset and strategic thinking abilities.
Job Offer
A salary of up to £95,000 is on offer for the successful candidate
