Location: Central London- 2/3 days a week onsite

A leading fintech firm is seeking a talented Head of Brand and campaigns to drive marketing initiatives and help achieve their ambitious growth goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and grow awareness of the company's brand (online and offline).
Working with the team to create effective marketing strategies, resulting in an increase in sales and new clients.
Owning brand guidelines and ensuring consistency throughout the team.
Manage internal communications
Report and develop KPI's.
Manage and develop direct reports.
Event Management
Staff development and training.Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of commercial experience (B2B)
Financial/ Payment services marketing experience
Strong social media knowledge
Good knowledge of marketing technology tools
Management of people experience
Degree or CIM diploma
