Description:
R13 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Head of Marketing to join an ecommerce brand. You will be the driving force behind all things marketing & brand, taking responsibilities for all aspects of marketing across a range of channels.
This is a full time, permanent role based in Norwich, working Monday – Friday, and is offering a salary of £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience plus performance related bonus.

The day to day
* Creating in depth marketing strategies for use across multiple channels and utilising all aspects of the marketing mix.
* Providing leadership & management to the marketing team, setting clear objectives and KPIS.
* Ensuring high quality content is delivered, on brand and on time.
* Driving customer acquisition, brand awareness and retention through engaging campaigns.
* Managing the marketing budget.
* Reporting and analysing previous performance, market trends & customer insights in order to drive strategies and seek growth.
You will have/be
* Proven experience within a senior marketing position coupled with good leadership experience.
* Experience within commerce/a consumer facing brand.
* Strong depth of marketing knowledge, including Social, PPC, SEO, Email, Ecommerce & Influencer.
* Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative, with a drive for overseeing campaigns from conception to delivery.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
