Head of Marketing Required for Car Dealer Group

Location: Office-Based (Not Hybrid)
Salary: DOE - £55,000 - £60,000 (Flexibility for the right candidate)
Hours: 08:30 - 18:00, Monday - Friday (Weekend working flexibility for events)
Our client, a reputable Car Dealer Group with 19 businesses across 9 locations, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to join their team. This role is entirely office-based, providing an excellent opportunity for a dedicated marketing professional to lead and develop marketing strategies for a multi-site operation.

About the Role: As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness across all locations.
Leading and managing a talented marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
Coordinating marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Managing the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
Overseeing market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging.
Planning and executing events, including weekend flexibility as needed.About You: The ideal Head of Marketing will have:

Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the automotive industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
A strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
A hands-on approach to marketing, with the willingness to get involved in the details.
