Are you ready to take ownership of a high-end food and beverage operation? This is an exciting opportunity for a Head of Food & Beverage to join a luxury country hotel in Bridport, leading the team and helping to shape the guest experience, standards and commercial performance.
With a salary of £45,000-£55,000, live-in accommodation available and an excellent benefits package, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager looking for their next step in a premium hospitality environment.

As Head of Food & Beverage, you'll take ownership of the operation while driving standards, efficiency and profitability.
Lead the F&B team, overseeing rotas, training, performance and consistently high service standards.
Take ownership of procurement, stock control, financial procedures and operational costs.
Develop and implement SOPs, ensuring compliance with food safety, licensing and relevant legislation.
Drive upselling across food, beverage, activities, experiences and events to maximise revenue and profitability.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, suppliers and processes across the operation.What we're looking for
You'll ideally have at least two years' experience in a luxury or high-end hotel or restaurant environment, with the confidence to lead a team and take ownership.
Minimum two years' experience within a luxury or high-end hotel or restaurant.
Strong experience with Point-of-Sale systems and operational controls.
Organised, proactive and calm under pressure, with excellent attention to detail.
A confident communicator who is flexible, creative and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.Due to the rural location, your own transport is essential. The role is also Commutable from Weymouth or Yeovil, making it a great option for candidates living across the surrounding area.
