What You’ll Lead

Full ownership of finance in a fast‑moving food manufacturing environment

Driving financial performance as the business targets £20–30m revenue over the next five years
*
Supporting planning and delivery as the company opens a new factory
*
Challenging assumptions, influencing senior stakeholders, and raising the bar across operations
*
Building a modern, commercially focused finance function
What You Bring
*
CIMA‑qualified (preferred)
*
Strong raw financial talent — analytical, commercially minded, and fast‑thinking
*
Ideally experience in food manufacturing or FMCG
*
Ability to explain your thought process clearly to the wider business
*
Confidence to challenge respectfully and drive change
*
Ambition to become Finance Director as the business scales
