Our client who is a renowned wholesaler of newspapers and magazines and is looking for a Head of Final Mile-Delivery Contractors to their team in their Swindon HQ.
The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead their contractor management strategies. As their Head of Final Mile-Delivery Contractors, you'll drive the evolution of their self-employed delivery contractor model, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop and implement cutting-edge strategies and procedures to optimise their contractor management processes.
Advise and direct their operations teams managing a network of self-employed delivery contractors and delivery rounds across multiple locations.
Forge strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and third-party entities.
Provide expert guidance on legislative compliance and contract development.
Proactively address risks and issues to maintain operational momentum.
Present compelling insights and proposals to senior management, shaping the future of their contractor model.
Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within our contractor management team.

Experienced in contractor management, with a track record of success in recruitment and compliance.
