Build Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a London based public sector client to make the key appoint an Interim Head of Estates: £360 - £420 per day Umbrella.
Reporting to the Director of Estates, the Head of Estates will be responsible for delivering a Total Facilities Management service across their property portfolio. Service delivery will be via a robust in-house team and a supply chain or service providers.
In addition to the hard and soft FM services, the Head of Estates will have responsibility for the commissioning and implementation of a multi-million-pound rolling capital programme.
It is expected that the Head of Estates will have:
Experience of managing a mixed-use, multi-property portfolio Estate at a Senior Management level.
Experience of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders delivering change and managing transformation projects.
An appropriate qualification/degree, aligned with Estates and/or Maintenance/Engineering.
Working knowledge of SFG20.
Due to the size and divers nature of their property portfolio, my client is looking for a well organised and thorough Head of Estates who possesses excellent communication skills and demonstrates a collaborative style of working.
