Head of Design

Description:

A Head of Design who has knowledge and experience to be shared, is now needed to join an award-winning Fit Out Contractor in Berkshire.

The Head of Design will be based across London and Berkshire, supporting several Design Managers push towards successful projects.

The Head of Design Role

The successful Head of Design will immediately jump onto CAT A, A+ and B projects, operating across the London and Berkshire regions.

The Head of Design will collaboratively work with Project Directors on several new business opportunities and drive winning strategies.

Work with pre contract teams. Support several Design Managers. Manage individuals through their own development. Contribute to director level implementations.

Projects will consist of fast track and longer-term schemes, with values of £0.5m up to £4m.

If you are a Senior Design Manager or an existing Head of Design this role and company will support you immensely.

The Head of Design

Have at least worked as a Senior Design Manager to be considered.
Clear Design Management background
Construction industry
Fit Out background would be beneficial.
CAT A, A+ or B exposure
Relevant “design/architectural” degree preferred.
Awareness of commercial decisions
Would be beneficial to have operated in Workspace, Commercial and CAT A
Ability to communicate effectively.
Looking for a permanent position
Has show evidence of running teams.
