Head of Contracts
Roofing (Flat & Pitched) + Sheeting & Cladding
West London
Our client is a reputable roofing contractor with over 40 years experience delivering top tier commercial projects.
They are searching for a highly experienced professional who can take ownership of the contracts department and further build it into a robust and efficient arm of the business.
You will be leader and mentoring a very talented team of Contracts Managers, and will have career progression towards Directorship as you help the company continue to expand.
They have increased their revenue from £1m > £3.5m and have an ambitious goal of surpassing £5m by 2024.
They work on refurbishment projects valued from £20k - £20m and have up to 14 live projects ongoing at one time.
Key Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Contracts Manager role
Experience in a Head of Contracts position leading a team
Significant contractual/commercial knowledge and experience of construction
Proven career history working in the roof refurbishment sector
Excellent technical knowledge of both Pitched and Flat roofing systems
Strong leadership attributes to lead by example and motivate your team to ensure a high standard of work in line with the company values
Personable with excellent communication skills to establish and maintain strong lasting relationships with a wide range of clients, professionals, and workers on site
