Head of Consulting - up to £80k + benefits + bonus
Fully Remote working
A Head of Consulting / Head of Consultancy is required by a business going through a period of expansion with a focus on their consultancy offering. The role will lead the consulting team and offers the opportunity to shape the team and hire new members in the future.
The company offer technology and consulting services to a range to customers so a B2B background is essential, and experience of Data Insight, Data Governance or similar services are desirable.
The role can be offered on a fully remote basis (UK), with the occasional visit to client sites or the companies offices.
Responsibilities:
Strategic leadership - lead the implementation of the consulting strategy alongside the C suite
Manage and grow the consulting team, keep a high level of utilisation
Deliver Technology solutions and Services to a range of clients (Public and Private sectors)
Manage the external client (B2B) relationships as requiredEssential experience:
Consulting experience, understands B2B consultancy and 'utilisation' of billable time
Team leadership and mentoring experience, ideally management of remote staff
Able to demonstrate creating effective environments for consultants to succeed
Data Consultancy, Data Insight or similar product experience is highly desirableAll candidates applying must be based in the UK
