Description:
We are supporting a leading organisation in the appointment of a Head of Commercial to take ownership of commercial activity across a portfolio of complex projects and customer contracts.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead commercial management across complex projects and contracts.
* Develop commercial strategies and manage contractual obligations.
* Lead negotiations, variations, claims and commercial risk.
* Manage customer and internal stakeholder relationships.
* Monitor project financial performance and commercial outcomes.
* Support bids, new business and wider commercial strategy.
* Provide commercial leadership and guidance to project teams.
About You
* Proven experience in a Senior Commercial Manager or similar role.
* Strong contract management and negotiation experience.
* Background managing complex projects and customer relationships.
* Commercially astute with strong financial and analytical skills.
* Confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
