Are you an experienced sales professional and people manager, seeking a senior position where you will enjoy a great deal of autonomy, help guide and mentor your colleagues and deliver the best possible client experience?

You will be responsible for overseeing client experience, managing a team of account managers and business development managers and effectively bridging the middle ground between sales and delivery.

This role would suit someone with a strong background in sales, seeking an autonomous position with a view to establishing a lasting career.

The Role:

Senior Leadership function, managing and mentoring Business Development Managers and Account managers of varying seniority
Responsible for overseeing client experience and ensuring excellent standards of service
Upselling where appropriate
The Candidate:

Will have established success in a sales function
Will have experience of people management
Will have some awareness or knowledge of either BMS, Energy Consultancy, Recharging, Metering, or Net Zero
