ROLE: Client Service Manager - US Markets
Location: Reading (outskirts) - Hybrid
Salary: Up to £60k with a OTE of around £200k)
One of our most impressive, Reading-based clients has entrusted to find them a pivotal figure in their expansion plans.
As the Head of Client Services for the US, you will be focused on growing their client base by introducing their business and opening new doors. With the assistance of an effective Resource function to fill all pulled jobs, you'll receive a generous commission structure in addition to an excellent quarterly bonus scheme.
The Role
The Client Service Manager role is a pivotal position within our technical recruitment client. Reporting directly to the Founders/Directors, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the agency across the USA through prospecting, nurturing and winning high-value and highly complex opportunities for the business.
About You
You will be a proactive individual with a client-centric approach, fueled by a passion for business development and the art of nurturing long-lasting connections
You will have a proven track record of creating and winning new business opportunities, hitting annual targets and managing the biggest opportunities that the company pitches for. You have 5+ years of experience in agency recruitment.
My client is offering a base of up to £60k (with an approx OTE of around £200k)
This is a HYBRID role, perfectly tailored to accommodate US hours.
