Salary: £80,000 pa (plus up to 20% bonus - £96,000 OTE)
Join the team as the Head of Care/Registered Manager for our 63-bedded luxury care home. My client is preparing for a period of anticipated growth, and they're looking for someone to help take them to the next level!
Key Requirements:
- RGN or RMN qualified
- NMC registered
- Previous home management experience
- Luxury care experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality care for our residents
- Lead and inspire our care team to deliver exceptional service
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the village manager to achieve our goals
