Job: Head of Care
Salary: £29,500 per annum
Hours: 37.5 per week, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Location: Salisbury
Are you an experienced Head of Care with a passion to make a difference? If so, then we have the job for you!
As Head of Care, you will support the Home Manager with the management of the home to ensure that the highest standards of care are delivered at all times. This residential home is based just north of Salisbury, offering individualised care in a welcoming and relaxing environment caring for those with dementia.
Responsibilities:
* Carry out initial assessments of potential residents
* Produce individual care plans tailored to each resident
* Support both residents and their families through the process
* Leading a team of carers
* Planning Rota's for your team
* Employee recruitment, inductions and training
* Monitoring and managing individual employee performances to ensure standards are upheld
* Supporting the Home Manager
