A distinguished provider of professional commercial cleaning services is seeking a Head of Business Development. This pivotal role focuses on driving regional business growth through autonomous management of the sales process. Remote work with client visits and a monthly head office meeting to ensure strategic alignment for achieving sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads independently and follow up on inquiries generated through their website.
Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, specializing in B2B transactions within the commercial cleaning industry
Experience in handling tenders and the tender process is highly advantageous, including tender writing and submission.
Contribute directly to strategic business growth, expanding their market presence county by county.
Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets, driving revenue growth and market penetration.Requirements:
Proven experience in business development within the commercial cleaning industry is essential.
A strategic thinker with a successful track record in developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership potential.
Based in the Southeastern UK, with flexibility to travel for on-site client visits.
Ambitious and goal-oriented, with a long-term vision aligned with the company’s growth objectives.Package:
