Head of Business Development - High Rise Buildings
Head of business development role has now been created to focus on the Mid to High Rise Residential Buildings Sector.
You will be joining an international business with a strong UK build presence.
You can lean on the success of recent projects to further develop and market their build solution.
Ideally you would have sold a technical construction product. ie Facades, Building Envelope, Modular, Pods, Light Steel Frame into Tier 1 or 2, Developers, Student Accommodation, Hotel sectors and the wider build to rent market.
Have strong knowledge of the building safety act, golden thread, and gateway 2.
Salary on offer, depending on experience, £75k - £90k plus car allowance, bonus/commission structure
Home based, Client focused with a reach to get to London HQ on occasions.
