Description:
Daniel Owen are currently seeking a highly experienced Head of Block (Property) management within the North London area.
The ideal candidate will have senior-level experience in block management, demonstrating strong team-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee departmental productivity and performance, ensuring KPIs and excellent customer service standards are met
Collaborate with the CEO to develop and enforce policies, KPIs, and standards for optimal division operation
Address and resolve escalated issues and complaints in accordance with management agreements and policies
Drive new business development and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Identify and establish new revenue opportunities to enhance business growthRequirements:
Over 5 years of experience in residential block management
MTPI qualified (formerly MIRPM)
Demonstrated success in senior and team management positions
Committed to providing exceptional service and establishing effective procedures and culture
Dedicated to upskilling and sharing knowledge within the team
Strong background in team building with a focus on cross-departmental collaboration
