Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Type: Permanent
Salary: £67,500 - £70,000 including car allowance
About the Role: Our client, a leading provider of social housing within the midlands area, is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Manager to join their Asset Management and Safety team. Reporting to the Executive Director of Property, you will develop and implement their Asset Management Strategy, ensuring their properties are safe and cost-effective. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the investment and compliance programmes, ensuring they meet all legislative and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the Asset Management Strategy
Oversee cost-effective asset management and property safety strategies
Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements
Manage significant budgets and long-term financial forecasts
Lead procurement projects and contractor performance management Benefits:

Experience in asset management strategies and investment programmes
Expertise in preparing and presenting executive-level reports
Significant budget management experience
Strong data analysis skills for investment and compliance decisions
Comprehensive knowledge of building and safety legislation
A degree or professional qualification in a related field and membership in a professional body (e.g., CIOB, RICS, IOSH)
