Description:

Housing Provider in Staffordshire currently are looking for a head of asset strategy to join their property team permanently.

Purpose of the role:

To lead the strategic management of the organisation’s housing assets, ensuring a data-driven, financially sustainable, compliant and resident-focused approach to asset investment, planning and delivery. The role will integrate asset strategy, investment planning, asset performance, sustainability and regulatory compliance, ensuring the organisation’s homes are safe, high-quality, energy efficient and aligned to future standards.

Essential
• Degree (or equivalent experience) in housing, surveying, construction, asset management
or related discipline
• Evidence of continued professional development

Desirable
• MRICS, MCIOB, CIH or equivalent professional membership
• Leadership or management qualification

£75,000 - £80,000

Hybrid
