Position: Accounts and Finance Head
Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Washington
Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
Salary: £33,(Apply online only) - £45,(Apply online only) (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:
As the Accounts and Finance Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Preparation of monthly Profit & Loss reports and other management reports
Recording all expenses and maintaining accurate bookkeeping entries
Compliance with reporting requirements to authorities, including VAT, TAX, and Pensions
Managing bank connections, reconciliations, and postings
Control and processing of salaries and payments
Budget preparation, expenses control, and payments to suppliers
Collection of payments from customers and monitoring of cash flow
Costing analysis and preparation of costing reports
Monthly profitability and inventory value calculation
Credit card management and reconciliation
Preparation of audit materials and annual financial statements
Yearly tax reporting and management of projected cash flow
Qualifications:
AAT Professional Diploma in Accounting Level 4 or equivalent
