Head Housekeeper / Cleaner (Croydon)

Location: New Addington, Croydon, CR0 0DN
Hours: 8am – 4pm, Thursday and Friday (7 hours per day, 1 hour break)
Pay Rate: Starting at £14.63, increasing to £15.14 following successful completion of 5-month probationary period.

The Role
We are looking for someone to join the team to work Thursday and Friday, 8am – 4pm.
You will be responsible for leading a team and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at our Addington Heights Resource Centre.
Skills and Experience Required:
Proven experience supervising domestic or cleaning teams within a residential or care home environment.
Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, COSHH regulations, and Health and Safety procedures.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan, delegate, and ensure tasks are completed to high standards.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities, maintaining a caring and professional attitude toward residents and staff.
First Aid at work certificate (training will be provided)
