Responsibilities in your new role as Night Porter

* Coordinate employee schedules to ensure seamless coverage across all shifts

* Provide ongoing training for employees, conducting regular staff meetings to keep them updated on procedures and policies

* Maintain high levels of productivity and room cleanliness, ensuring bedrooms and public areas meet hotel standards

* Manage stock levels of chemicals, consumables, and linen using a meticulous par stocking process

* Collaborate closely with linen suppliers to ensure timely counts and orders, maintaining optimal levels of linen in alignment with hotel occupancy

Your personality, experience and qualifications
