Description:
Metroguard are currently recruiting for full-time and part-time SIA Registered Head Door Supervisors to manage our Security teams for venues located in Cheltenham.
The ideal candidates will have a strong background within the Security Industry as wells as experience of leading and managing a security team within the night time economy, along with having a strong relationship with management from both, the company and the client onsite.
Customer focus will be key so they must be confident of conversing with the public and dealing with issues that may arise in a calm and professional manner.
The ideal candidate;
• MUST be a minimum of 18
• Be well presented and smart
• Have excellent time keeping skills
• Be able to communicate well with others and work as part of a team
• Must hold a Valid SIA Door Supervisor License (minimum)
• Able to speak fluent English
• Previous experience as a Head Door Supervisor is essential
• Being able to lead the team on a shift to shift basis.
• Being able to ensure the necessary paperwork is completed on each shift
Candidates must be wable to provide the following information/documents as part of the vetting process:
* SIA Door Supervisor Licence
* Must have the Right To Work in the UK
* 2 x Proof of ID ( such as Passport , Driving Licence or full birth certificate)
* Checkable 5 year work history
* 2 x Proof of address (such as a utility bills, NHS Letter, Government documents)
* Ability to download and operate our scheduling App via a mobile device
