Key Responsibilities:
* Menu Development: Create innovative and seasonal menus that reflect the highest standards of culinary excellence.
* Team Leadership: Manage, train, and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
* Quality Control: Ensure consistency and quality in every dish, maintaining our 3-rosette standard.
* Cost Management: Oversee kitchen budgets, including food costs, inventory, and staffing.
* Health & Safety: Uphold rigorous standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
Requirements:
