Description:
Head chef required in the Lake district for a restaurant, gastro pub and wedding venue. This establishment has a good mixture and to help the profitability, they do hold events as well. This head chef role is paying upto £40k with live in available.
The role
As a head chef you will manage the team 3, you will ensure all the prep is done and everything is ready for service and also ready for the events. This head chef role will include all the normal head chef duties.
Experierence
We are looking for a head chef with a fresh food background and able to manage events as well as a restaurant service, you will have food hygiene. This role is either suitable for a current head chef or a sous chef who is ready to step upto a head chef role.
