Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a premium country pub in Cobham, Surrey, and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef to join their team.

They're looking for a hands-on Head Chef who can lead from the front, inspire their team and maintain consistently high standards in a busy kitchen.
What's involved?
As Head Chef, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring exceptional food quality, strong team leadership and efficient kitchen operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and developing the kitchen team.
Creating and costing seasonal menus.
Delivering consistently high-quality food using fresh ingredients.
Managing stock, GP and kitchen performance.
Running busy services and leading by example.
Training both BOH and FOH teams on new menu launches.
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
