Head Chef – or Sous Chef -Asian Cuisine.

The Restaurant is looking for a Head Chef who will have the opportunity to create and develop a team of passionate and talented chefs that share your vision of providing outstanding food experiences to our guests.

The Head Chef will have full autonomy of the Kitchen and will be involved in creating new menus for our destination restaurant & Bar at Hotel.

* Hours of work: 40 hrs weekly

Head Chef will have:

* Previous experience as a Head Chef or a very strong Senior sous chef who is ready to take onto the next step.

* Previous experience in a high-quality background and Asian Cuisine.

* Enjoys cooking delicious seasonal dishes.

* An exceptional leadership and communication skills.

* Willing to pass on your culinary expertise to encourage excellence in the kitchen.

* The opportunity to cook with the best, fresh ingredients on a daily basis excites you.
