Are you an experienced Chef looking for a leadership role in a relaxed setting? We are seeking a Head Chef to join our client in North Ayrshire. As the Head Chef, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of food quality, leading the kitchen team, and ensuring a seamless culinary experience for guests.

Responsibilities within your new role as Head Chef
* Lead and manage the kitchen team to deliver outstanding dishes consistently.
* Mentor and develop junior chefs, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Maintain optimal levels of stock control and inventory management.
* Ensure compliance with all COSHH, HACCP, and EHO guidelines for food safety and hygiene.
* Collaborate closely with management to exceed company standards and guest expectations.
