What's involved?
As Head Chef, you'll take full responsibility for the kitchen, leading the team while maintaining the high standards expected of a 2 AA Rosette operation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and developing the kitchen team.
Creating seasonal menus using fresh ingredients.
Managing food GP, stock and ordering.
Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation.
Recruiting, training and mentoring chefs.
Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety compliance.
Working closely with senior management.
Delivering outstanding food every service.
