This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on chef who wants creative input, kitchen ownership and the chance to develop a popular food-led pub operation.

As Head Chef, you'll take full ownership of the kitchen, leading the team and ensuring consistently high standards across every service.
You'll have the opportunity to develop the food offering, introduce seasonal specials and put your own stamp on a menu centred around great-quality pub classics.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and develop the kitchen team
Develop menus and seasonal specials
Deliver consistently high-quality pub food
Maintain excellent food quality and presentation
Manage GP, stock and ordering
Recruit, train and mentor chefs
Maintain food hygiene and kitchen standards
Lead from the front during busy services
Work closely with the management team
Help develop and grow the food offeringThe Ideal Candidate
We're looking for an experienced Head Chef, or an ambitious Senior Sous Chef ready to take the next step.
You'll be passionate about quality pub food, confident leading a team and comfortable taking full ownership of a busy kitchen.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to make their mark and help develop a successful destination pub.
