What You’ll Be Doing
Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker may include:
Supporting individuals with personal care and daily living
Promoting independence and supporting individuals to achieve their goals
Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with medication where appropriately trained
Supporting individuals with appointments and activities
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Working alongside other healthcare professionals and support teams
Ensuring a safe, respectful and supportive environment at all times
What We’re Looking For
You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
Previous experience working within a care, healthcare or support setting is desirable.
A caring, reliable and compassionate approach.
A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
The ability to work flexibly across a range of shifts.
A clear enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.
