Hours: Mon-Thurs 07:30-16:30 | Fri 07:30-11:30
Overtime: Available on site
Job Overview
We're recruiting a Harness Operative to join a busy automotive manufacturing site in Coventry (CV3) on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with automotive experience who is patient, reliable, and has excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Building and assembling wiring harnesses to set specifications
Working with small components using hand tools and assembly equipment
Following work instructions and quality standards precisely
Completing visual inspections and basic quality checks
Meeting production targets while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Keeping your workstation clean, safe, and organised
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience within the automotive sector (manufacturing/assembly) is essential
Strong attention to detail and a careful, patient approach to repetitive tasks
Ability to follow written instructions and work consistently to a high standard
Good manual dexterity and confidence working with small parts
Punctual, dependable, and a good team player
