Job Title: Hardware Development Engineer

Location: Gloucestershire

Role Type: Contract for Initial 6 months

Schedule: Hybrid

Are you passionate about shaping the future of aviation through cutting-edge electronic hardware development? Join our team as a Hardware Development Engineer specializing in DO-254 standards. You'll play a pivotal role in designing, installing, protecting, inspecting, and maintaining electronic hardware within voltage ranges of 28V to 1500V, ensuring adherence to rigorous safety and reliability standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting hardware reviews and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Documenting meetings, reviews, and audits to meet DO-254 requirements.
Collaborating closely with design teams, aviation authorities, and providing guidance to meet regulatory standards.Required Experience and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Avionics Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in electronic hardware development within aviation or equivalent industries.
Familiarity with aviation regulations, standards, and guidelines such as [AMC 20-21], [AMC 20-22], and [AMC 20-23].
Strong command of PCB design and development software and tools.
