As a Hardcoat Operator, you will play a vital role in the production process, ensuring the highest standards of quality in hardcoating, screen printing, and pad printing of parts. ???? What you'll be responsible for:
Efficiently performing hardcoating, screen printing, and pad printing tasks while adhering to proper procedures.
Wearing full clean-room PPE to maintain quality standards.
Conducting basic machinery maintenance and cleaning following guidelines.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Meeting production and quality targets.
Providing suggestions and promptly reporting any issues that may arise.✨ What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a clean room/lab environment.
Manufacturing experience.
Knowledge of quality principles, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement.???? Advantageous:
