Handyperson/Escort - HMP Winchester in Winchester, Hampshire, SO22 5DF
We have an exciting opportunity for a Handyperson/Escort to work alongside the prison service.
You will be working with and supporting the security team. Responsible for escorting maintenance contractors throughout the prison and outside areas.
Additionaly, you will be carrying out reparis and maintenance works within the prison facilities on responsive and planned basis.
Other duties will include but not be limited to:
Escorting contractors
Checking identification & searching visitors
Radio handling
Routine administrative work
Contractor tool checks
Searching buildings
Very basic maintenance
