We are recruiting for a skilled Handyperson to support a busy site or maintenance project in Exeter. This is a varied role suited to someone with good all-round practical skills and a proactive approach.
Your new role
Completing basic repairs, making good and snagging works
Supporting trades with carpentry, patching, painting and general fixes
Carrying out small maintenance tasks across site
Using hand tools safely and confidently
Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe
Reporting progress and any issues to the site teamWhat you'll need to succeed
Valid CSCS card
Previous experience in a Handyperson, multi-trader or maintenance role
Own basic tools preferred
Full PPE
Good attention to detail and pride in work
Reliable, flexible and able to work well with othersWhat you'll get in return
